Sustainable Development is key in our world today and ANOVO is very conscious of its unique role in the green economy. As a matter of fact, ANOVO’s activity is by definition at the heart of sustainable development: extending life of electronic devices and recycling more and more products for the benefit of more and more people lowering barrier to access high-tech products.
In terms of environment care, ANOVO is leading some rigorous international programmes: ISO 14001 certification, waste segregation, measure of carbon footprint for main processes. Those are the major initiatives, but ANOVO is also engaged in practical action plans such as reduction of consumption of packaging material, reduction of transportation, recycling of consumables, etc...
In building a better society, ANOVO trusts each individual for his/her contribution to the economy and employs a wide diversity of people including minorities and disabled people. The human resources department is also analysing how to best fit the career development path of individuals together with the needs of the company, trying to find innovative solutions. Apprenticeship is also a model that is promoted by the group.
Very much upstream in the lifecycle of products, ANOVO proposes new offers to help manufacturers to design eco-friendly products (with a better design, easier to maintain and recycle,...). This activity is key to drive the industry towards a better management of its business, it will help to reach the future standards of the European Environmental Regulations such as the WEE2 . It also increases ANOVO’s market offer and its Sustainable Economic Development.
