Flexible RMA Management

The ANOVO Reverse Logistics solution is a flexible and effective way of managing repairs and returns. Our unique Hub infrastructure improves end-user satisfaction while minimising turnaround times and costs and maximising partner profits.

ANOVO’s Reverse Logistics solution accommodates both bulk collections of goods from retail stores and hubs, as well as direct returns from consumers, based upon a RMA. Returned products are entered into our system, checked for warranty validity and diagnosed for repair.

ANOVO's system provides real-time product tracking and optimises coordination between manufacturers, retailers, suppliers, and other partners. This high precision work is based upon a combination of cutting edge technology, experienced employees, modern warehousing and efficient organisation.

When operating as an authorised repair centre, we can directly manage most repairs internally, replace the product with new or refurbished units and handle all shipments to external workshops, if required.

Benefits

  • Improve customer service while reducing costs in terms of both manpower and infrastructure.
  • 67% of total products repaired internally, reducing turnaround times and limiting handling costs.
  • Quick and accurate payment for dead on arrival (DOA) products increases profitability and cash flow.
  • Real time traceability of all products in your service flow together with turnaround in as little as 24 hours increases customer retention and improves retail experience.
  • Comprehensive reports and statistics can help improve the retailer's customer service and the manufacturer's Quality Assurance processes.
