ANOVO is pleased to announce that its Authorised Service Agreement with Huawei has been further extended and ANOVO has been appointed by Huawei as UK High Level Repair Centre and strategic after-sales partner.
Both companies have been working together since 2010, with ANOVO providing service solutions to Huawei’s ever-expanding operator and retailer customer base. Huawei has a clear growth plan and requires a complete end-to-end reverse logistics solution for its customers. ANOVO will provide a full range of service solutions for Huawei mobile phones, tablets and broadband products. Services provided will include returns avoidance, technical call centre and an extensive range of repair and configuration services.
