ANOVO France receives The Best Practice Award for its outstanding customer listening process and continuous improvement

We are pleased to announce that ANOVO an Ingram Micro Company, has been granted The Best Practice Award by the Association Française Qualité Performance (AFQP).

ANOVO was put through a rigorous process following The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model. The assessment included a case study submission and an independent analysis of our customer satisfaction levels – before and after improvement. In recognition of ANOVO’s core focus on listening to customers and continuously improving, AFQP scored the company with the highest of all the applicants (650) for best practice – this was awarded on a regional and national level, granted on January 27th 2016. Gaining this achievement shows ANOVOs commitment to working towards improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
