ANOVO is pleased to announce the signing of a new exclusive contract with Phones 4u that extends the current in and out of warranty service offered to Phones 4u customers, as part of a suite of after-sales support functions.
Both companies have been working closely together since 2007, continually evolving and improving the service to the current high levels where customer experience and satisfaction is at the forefront of all the solutions offered.

ANOVO provides a range of after-sales services for Phones 4u customers:
- Call centre support including technical returns avoidance
- The recently launched ‘Fix and Go’ online returns avoidance service which enables Phones 4u customers to resolve product issues on line reducing unnecessary returns and improving customer satisfaction
- In and out of warranty repair for Phones 4u customer devices, which are serviced directly from both the Phones 4u retail estate and online.
- This service also provides customers with full visibility of the progress of their repair via a Phones4u web portal.
