ANOVO is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the contract to extend Telefónica Movistar’s proximity repair services to Colombia.
The project, which went live on 1st July, benefits from more than 10 years’ of experience providing the same service in Peru, and includes the provision of multi-brand, consumer-facing technical support in 21 customer experience oriented stores in Bogotá, Cali, Medellin and 10 other major cities across Colombia.
With a focus on high quality in-store technical assistance and exceptional customer service, ANOVO’s technicians expect to attend 6,000 customers per month, helping Movistar to raise customer satisfaction levels in Colombia.
Nelly Rocío, Technical Service Manager from Telefónica, Colombia said of the partnership: “We have initiated the Proximity repair project in Colombia with ANOVO this month. Until now, it has been very well perceived by our customers and we believe it will be a success thanks to ANOVO’s expertise in this particular service as well as its noted professionalism.”
