These solutions include repair management, returns screening, contact centre to support Nokia outlets and retail customers and various other value add services for Nokia Care and Sales and Marketing Operations. ANOVO manages a full logistics and warehousing solution as well as a complete stock and material planning service.
ANOVO have a longstanding relationship with Nokia as a UK repair partner and is focussed on delivering best in class customer experience for Nokia customers. The Repair Hub provides Nokia with a range of repair and refurbishment services for in warranty and out of warranty product covering retailers, network operators and end user customers in the UK. ANOVO provides fast turnaround time, same unit repair services for Nokia and its major trade customers in the UK. The repair activity is managed alongside the Nokia Returns Avoidance online solution launched in August 2012
