Telefónica selects ANOVO as preferred partner to launch its Device Buy Back Program in Latin AmericaJuly 5, 2013 9:48 am
Telefónica, which has over 300M customers in Latin America, has selected ANOVO as its preferred partners for device buy-back and refurbishment with its subsidiaries in Chile, Peru and Colombia. ANOVO has also been selected as one of two preferred partners for Brazil.
A Letter Of Intent outlining the project framework has been signed in May 2013. The project is well under way in Chile and Peru which have been identified by both parties as a priority.
François Lacombe, CEO of ANOVO said of the agreement: “Regeneration activity is just starting in Latin America today, and is beginning to be part of the consumer culture. But with the rise in sales of Smartphones and growing economies, it is the belief of both Telefónica and ANOVO that it is the right timing to enter the Regeneration market in Latin America.
