ANOVO continues its collaboration with IBM into 2014, following successful consolidation of multi-product repair activities and expansion in Wroclaw, Poland.September 19, 2013 2:59 pm
ANOVO, which provides full inventory and defective parts management for IBM’s LCD spares inventory across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is pleased to announce the continuation of its’ contract with IBM covering the full scope of repair activities.
Since 2010, ANOVO has successfully supported in-warranty defective parts management and out of warranty repairs for IBM’s entire LCD parts inventory, including an integrated in-warranty screening and return-to-vendor management process for IBM’s Global suppliers.
Using the Class 1000 Clean Room at its’ Wroclaw facility in Poland, ANOVO provides a high quality solution combining cost-effective Level 3 repair with a professional inventory management and warranty redemption service.
ANOVO also uses its’ Shenzhen procurement operation to provide alternative component parts sourcing, aimed at maintaining a high repair yield on panels which are reaching the end-of-life support period from manufacturers, yet are key to IBM’s inventory requirements.
